Your body has a story.
Sometimes it communicates through peace, energy, and joy. Other times, tension, discomfort, fatigue, or overwhelm may invite you to pause and pay closer attention.
Innergize Wellness Mapping is a guided-awareness experience designed to help you explore the connections between your body, mind, emotions, relationships, and life experiences.
Wellness Mapping
A Guided Awareness Process
Not offered as a stand-alone service. Wellness Mapping may be incorporated into Mind-Body Alignment sessions and the Innergize Transformational Course when helpful.
What to expect
Using a simple body outline, you’ll identify areas where you notice tension, discomfort, stress, or other concerns.
Together, we’ll explore these clues within the context of your whole life, considering five dimensions of wellness:
Mental
Emotional
Spiritual
Physical
Social and relational
Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” Wellness Mapping invites a more compassionate question: “What might my body be trying to tell me?”
Looking at the whole person can reveal meaningful patterns that may otherwise go unnoticed. Many people leave feeling more aware, understood, and hopeful as they begin to see themselves and their experiences from a new perspective.
Our Wellness Mapping Process
As patterns and body clues emerge, they may be explored through the Innergize Five-Step Process:
Perspective → Thinking → Emotion → Action → Results
Our perspective influences our thinking, which shapes our emotions and actions. Those actions contribute to the results we experience. As awareness grows, new choices become possible.
The purpose is not simply to notice where stress may be showing up. It is to better understand yourself, approach your experiences with curiosity rather than fear, and identify a hopeful next step.
