My Approach
Life can be stressful, overwhelming, and difficult to navigate. You may feel emotionally exhausted, physically depleted, disconnected from yourself, or simply aware that something needs to change.
Innergize offers a welcoming place to pause, explore what may be weighing on you, and begin reconnecting with yourself.
My whole-person approach brings together life coaching, guided awareness, wellness education, meaningful conversation, and intentional touch.
Rather than focusing on one symptom or challenge, the work considers how your mind, body, emotions, relationships, and overall well-being may be connected.
You do not need to know exactly what you need before you begin.
Reconnect With Yourself From the Inside Out
Who this work supports
Innergize may be a good fit if you are:
Carrying ongoing stress, emotional heaviness, or overwhelm
Navigating a life transition, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or internal pressure
Feeling disconnected from yourself or uncertain about how to move forward
Looking for support that feels compassionate, honest, and centered on the whole person
Looking for a deeper understanding of yourself and what you are experiencing.
Curious about the connection between your thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, relationships, and quality of life
You may come with a specific concern, a desire for personal growth, or simply the feeling that something is not quite right. Wherever you are, the work begins there.
The Wellness Map
Our lives are interconnected. What we experience in one area can influence how we feel and function in many others.
I use the Wellness Map to help you step back from any single concern and explore the larger picture of your well-being.
Physical
How your body feels, functions, rests, moves, and responds to stress.
Mental
Your thoughts, beliefs, perspectives, and patterns of thinking.
Emotional
The feelings you experience, express, suppress, or carry over time.
Social
Your relationships, communication, boundaries, and sense of connection with others.
Spiritual
Your sense of purpose, meaning, values, faith, and connection to something greater than yourself.
When one area feels strained, disconnected, or out of balance, it can affect the others. Exploring these connections can bring greater understanding to what you are experiencing.
The goal is not to judge, diagnose, or fix. It is to create greater awareness.
Because awareness creates choice, and choice creates the possibility for change.
Wellness Mapping is not offered as a stand-alone service. It is a guided-awareness process that may be incorporated into Mind-Body Alignment sessions and the Innergize Transformational Course when helpful.
What a Session May Include
Every session begins with where you are that day. Your experience will be personalized to your needs and comfort level and may include:
Guided conversation and reflection
New perspectives and insights
Greater awareness of patterns and connections
Wellness education
Intentional touch to support mind-body awareness
Space to process your experiences without judgment
Compassionate encouragement and practical support
A clearer understanding of yourself and your next steps using the wellness mapping experience
There is no pressure to perform, find the perfect words, or have the right answers.
A session is simply an opportunity to slow down, listen more closely, and become aware of what is happening within you.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Mind-body work can be helpful when stress, emotions, physical discomfort, relationship challenges, or life experiences begin to affect how you feel and function.
At Innergize, this may involve life coaching, conversation, guided awareness, wellness education, intentional touch, and exploring patterns that could be contributing to stress or disconnection. The purpose is to help you better understand these connections and become more aware of what you need.
-
Not at all. People come to Innergize with different experiences, values, and belief systems.
Karen’s approach is rooted in hope, compassion, curiosity, and respect. There is no expectation that you adopt a particular way of thinking. You will be welcomed and supported exactly where you are.
-
Innergize is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While sessions may include meaningful conversation, reflection, and personal growth, Karen does not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions.
The work focuses on awareness, perspective, mind-body connection, and whole-person well-being. Innergize may complement other forms of care, but it is not a replacement for support from a licensed medical or mental health professional when professional care is needed.
-
Intentional touch is part of Innergize services, with the exception of life coaching. Sessions are personalized, and any use of intentional touch will be discussed with you beforehand. Your comfort, preferences, and boundaries will always be respected.
-
Some coaching and guided support may be available remotely, although services involving intentional touch are offered in person.

Not Sure Where to Start?
That is completely okay.
Many people reach out before they know exactly what they need.
You do not need a polished explanation or a particular service in mind. Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation.
Karen offers a complimentary 30-minute consultation where you can ask questions, share what you are experiencing, and explore what kind of support may feel most helpful for you.
